Our return policy is similar to the standard 30-day window to submit one.
A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Customers have 30 days to submit a return request
- The item must be unopened or returned in new condition
- The reason for return can be due to receiving the wrong item or due to receiving a damaged product. If the reason is due to a damaged product, then we must receive the item nonetheless
- The process for initiating a return request is to contact us through email or by text. The request must include the order number so that we may create a label to begin the process
